Entrepreneur and engineer

I am an entrepreneur and engineer who likes building things, learning in public, and solving real-world problems. I am especially drawn to small businesses because small improvements in operations, communication, and follow-up can compound into real economic value.

I read, research, and write a lot about artificial intelligence because I am trying to understand where it creates practical leverage, not just novelty. My interest is in the operational gains: business development, customer support, healthcare workflows, personal learning, and the daily work of teams.

I grew Zikra Infotech into a global digital marketing operation, founded an AI startup around communications and sales workflow automation, and now build custom AI harnesses for businesses that need more than generic chatbots.

Right now I am teaching myself, through projects and writing, how to architect and deploy AI agents at scale. Most of my work circles a few questions: how can AI help people learn faster, communicate more clearly, develop business more consistently, and support customers with more care?

At the core, I am a curious person. I like reading, researching, writing, and turning what I learn into tools that make difficult work a little easier.

How I Think About The Work

The work I care about is usually somewhere between product taste and operational discipline. I like taking a messy real-world workflow, finding the leverage point, and turning it into a system that feels obvious after it exists. This site is where I want to make that thinking visible: what I am learning, what I am testing, and what I believe is worth building next.

Outside The Work

Health, fitness, and daily learning are part of the system for me. I care about building a life where the work is intense but sustainable. One operating rule I keep coming back to is simple: never go a day without learning something useful.

If something here connects with what you are building or thinking about, I would be glad to compare notes.
